family holiday in cambodia

Whilst Cambodia may not seem the most obvious destination for a family holiday, this can also be part of its charm as you’ll be giving your children an insight into a unique culture still relatively unknown to much of the world – definitely something to talk about when they’re back at school and hopefully creating memories and impressions which will last forever…

This itinerary has been carefully created to suit our younger travellers, taking sightseeing at a fairly leisurely pace, including various activities which will hopefully appeal and a few days relaxing on a beach at the end.

Note: since most travellers will need to travel through Thailand in order to reach Cambodia, if you would like to add a few days exploring Bangkok itself or perhaps enjoy an extended beach stay, this can easily be arranged.

It would be very difficult to identify a single part of the holiday we enjoyed most as it went far beyond our expectations and as we enjoyed everything.

My husband loved the temples in Siem Riep. I was particularly fascinated by our few days in Battambang, meeting the locals and visiting the villages. We both loved the people, gentle, caring and very personable. We bonded with our guides and felt we were with friends.

The organisation of of the whole holiday was excellent. A big thank to you all, you made our stay in Cambodia an amazing experience.
